Spring is upon us and as airbrush artists that means BUSY! Spring is the time for motorcycle riding, sports activities, racing season and more. As part of the AirbrushGuy & Co. umbrella we paint all sorts of items used primarily in the Spring and Summer such as helmets, car tags, automobiles, motorcycles and much more. We have recently added sports magnets to our offerings as well.
Spring is also a time for renewal. Isn’t it time you swapped out that tired looking license plate for something fresh that better reflects your personality? Each plate is made of aluminum and will not rust. Each has been custom airbrushed with automotive paint and clear coated for lasting durability thus the plastic protective covers are not required. The dimensions of each tag are 6 inches by 12 inches and come with pre-drilled mounting holes. Each tag will be painted within one business day from when the payment is made and is usually shipped the following day. You are allowed your choice of colors and personalization for no additional charge.
Dare to compare our product to others. We use only automotive urethanes to custom paint our designs. No t-shirt paint (water-based) is used on anything! We also clear coat each design with automotive clear just like they use in the autobody shop. This finish is identical to the process used on your vehicle. Similar shops use a Krylon type clear spray from a can.
Each blank plate start out white and we do all the custom painting. Many others use computer generated “blanks” and are unable to customize your tag to your specifications as we can. Each portion of our tags is airbrushed. There are no brush marks from paint brushes and no stick on vinyl letters. We even allow you to choose script or block lettering in the colors you choose. Lastly there are no special instructions for cooking oil and other ridiculous care instructions with our tags. Each is painted using quality materials and these steps are unnecessary in caring for your custom designed car tag.

The Annual ABATE District 1 Bike Show and Swap Meet is scheduled for February 5th and 6th in Little Rock, Arkansas. This year’s event will be held held over two full days. The show is an ever growing event with numerous vendors. There will be a bike show as well as a swap meet. Hundreds of motorcycle vendors will be present and feature a variety of items for sale.
AirbrushGuy will be there with some new items he has been working on. He will also be painting leathers during the event so bring your items to the show. Custom car tags like those seen here will be available for purchase also.
The Stars bike will be featured this year as well. We also have a slide show of projects for viewing and we will be available for quotes for your special project. Come see us there!

No other orders are available for Christmas shipping at this time. We have taken in all the custom work we can physically take on. We do have gift certificates available for those who wish to provide a gift of custom airbrush work at this time.
We will be gearing up for Spring season as soon as Christmas is over. Get your orders in early because we will be booked four to six weeks in advance in no time.

Boy how time flies. With fall weather comes Christmas orders. Typically we are unable to take orders for Christmas delivery after mid November. We work on a first come-first serve basis so get your order in early.

PTC 2nd Annual Car Show and Swap Meet

AirbrushGuy and Company will be at the Pulaski County Technical College 2nd Annual Car Show and Swap Meet. This will be held on Saturday, October 23rd rain or shine. We will be doing seom demonstrations for the event. There will be a car and bike show, Cruise to Towbin’s VA hospital, model car contest, swap meet, tradeshow, door prizes, silent auctiona and much, much more. There will free hotdogs and drinks from 11-2.

Just wanted you to know we received the helmet and it is fantastic. Matt has a tournament this weekend so we gave him his helmet a little early so he could have it for the game. He loves it!!! If you are looking for a creative, one of a kind paint job, you’ve come to the right place. R. Powell is an airbrush artist first and foremost. The difference in commissioning an artist do a project for you, as opposed to a custom painter is about creativity, an emotional response and uniqueness.
