Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Absolutely! You are only limited by your imagination. Email us a description of the work you would like done. Remember to include any photos you might have for referance.
Q: Can I choose the colors I want?
A: Certainly. When you place your order please put your requests on the comment section.
Q: Can I mix this background with this other design?
A: Yes. Just email us with the tag numbers of the designs you would like to put together and we will provide you with information on how to place the order.
Q: Can you add a name?
A: Yes, each tag price includes personalization.
Q: How do I order?
A: Locate the design you like and click it to enlarge. Click the buy it now button and remember to put in any special requests into the comments box. You will be taken to a secure site where you can make payment at that time.
Q: What are your shipping methods?
A: We normally ship by USPS First Class Mail if shipped within the US. We use USPS Global mail for most packages outside the US. If you prefer another method of shipping, email us for details and costs associated with other shippers.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer Paypal which will allow you to make payment by credit card, eCheck, and bank transfer. We will also accept personal checks, money order and Western Union.
Q: Do I need a protective cover?
A: No. In fact, we prefer that you NOT cover our tags. All of our tags are painted with House of Kolor automotive urethanes and each is clear coated. This is the same products used on your vehicle and they are capable to withstanding the elements.
Q: Do you sell the frames and covers?
A: Not at this time, but check back soon. We plan to carry the frames in the near future.
Q: What kind of paint do you use?
A: We use House of Kolor products for all of our work. These automotive paints are of the highest quality and will withstand the elements.
Q: Do you clear coat the tags?
A: Yes. Every item that leaves our shop is clear coated with House of Kolor high quality automotive clear coat. We do not use any Krylon type spray can clear is used on any of our products.
Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: Most tags are completed in 1-2 business days. High volume times such as Christmas can delay the completion by one or two days, but there should be a news item to notify you of high volume periods.
Q: Do you discount shipping for multiple orders?
A: Yes. Email for more details along with the number of tags you would like sent at once along with your zip code. We will weigh the number of tags and calculate based on your location.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Yes. We use Global Express for shipping outside of the US.
Q: What are the dimensions of the tag?
A: The dimensions of each tag are 6 inches by 12 inches and come with pre-drilled mounting holes.
Q: Do you have other sizes?
A: No. The standard tag blank is all we stock. If you locate a blank in the size you desire you are welcome to ship it to us for customizing.
